Competitor analysis of participating teams, created competitor matrix w.r.t engine, weight, acceleration to compare our standing with top 5 teams.

Organising 1st ever roll out event. Booking halls and hospitality arrangement for 60 stakeholders including parent and sponsors.
My Role:
Preparing a business pitch to deliver marketing strategies. My main goal was to find a total addressable market for a niche product like Motorsport racing. I worked on preparing marketing strategies that would provide better return on investment to the investors.
